At Alloy Personal Training, we specialize in small group personal training (max 6 clients per session) with a focus on structured, progressive strength training. This is a place where you can truly coach, build relationships, and make an impact every session.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead small-group training sessions using the Alloy system
  • Coach proper form, technique, and modifications with attention to detail
  • Create an engaging, positive, and motivating environment
  • Track client progress and notes in our system
  • Help clients stay consistent, accountable, and progressing

This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys working within a proven system and being part of a team—not someone looking to build an independent training business.

Requirements:

  • Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar preferred)
  • Previous coaching experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Occasional Saturday mornings
  • Additional shift coverage opportunities
